Parents are not the only who need an alarm clock, with the busy life many
parents lead sometimes teaching your children to wake up to an alarm clock can give you a bit of a head start on
the day. Once your child reaches school age is a good time to get them started learning to tell the time and how to
use an alarm clock. There are more reasons than getting your children up in the morning to buy them a children's
alarm clock, for instance you can use it to teach them how to tell time or what time they can get out of bed in the
morning.
Children's alarm clocks come in a tremendous variety of shapes, colors and
designs from superheroes to story book characters, because like their parents no two children's tastes are
alike. Looks are not the only thing to take into consideration however when buying an alarm clock for your
child's room. Consider the Bunny Alarm Clock; this clock was created to help your child with getting to sleep as
well as waking up. When it is time for your child to go to sleep the animated bunny closes its eyes and goes to
sleep too. In the morning when it is time for them to be awake the bunny's eyes are open, if they are not open
your child will know it is not time to get up yet, perfect until they learn to tell time.
Of course every child loves the characters from Winnie the Pooh, an alarm clock with Pooh or one of the other characters created by A.A. Milne will
brighten their bedroom and keep them company at night. There are several popular styles available such as the
Winnie the Pooh Twinbell alarm clock, this clock resembles an old fashioned analog clock with a variety o f
pictures featuring Pooh and his friends. If you are looking for a digital clock, Disney has one that features
Pooh and has a built in night light to help your child sleep at night. If you have little ones still in the crib
consider the Winnie the Pooh clock with the built in nanny-cam, you can keep an eye on your little one using the
included receiver and your TV.
Every little girl loves at least one Disney Princess and dreams at night of being just
like them. Many young girls have their whole bedroom decorated with their favorite Disney Princess. An alarm clock
that depicted their favorite princess will put a smile on their face as they drift off to sleep. You can buy clocks
that feature all of your child's favorite princesses, they are available in analog or digital and many of them
feature a night light.
When you are ready to choose an alarm clock for your child's room, remember it is for them
so let them have a say in what you choose. It is ok to steer them towards the style that you want as long as they
feel like they have had some say in what goes in their room.
